- The bulk shipment was shipped from Canada, and then individually shipped to your home.
- Once the calendars leave our possesion are are in the hands of the USPS, we no longer have control of them.
- We've found that about 1 in every 150 calendars have a few chocolates that come loose.
- If you experience this, you can open the top of the box, slide out the holder, place the chocolate back in the correct spot, and reseal the box.
